You are an important part of our family and community and we want to share our plans for our 2026 PFC Melvin Johnson Scholarship Banquet and Juneteenth Celebration. For the past 18 years BEHE has worked with sponsors like you to raise funds for the PFC MELVIN JOHNSON SCHOLARSHIP and the Juneteenth Celebration events.

 

This year we will award  (2) two students from the Douglas County School system with scholarships to support their academic journey. We invite your company to be a part of these special events. As a sponsor  your business will be placed in the scholarship program, on our website for 1(one) year, on our Facebook page and announced from the main stage during all of the Juneteenth Celebration events.

Sponsorship Levels:

   ● $5000 – Platinum Sponsor – Exclusivity, Award Scholarship to honoree, Premier Booth at the Scholarship Banquet, 10 seats at the Scholarship Banquet, Premier Booth at the Juneteenth Festival, Announced from all main stages and Advertised on our website for one year and on all Social Media platforms.  

   ● $2500 – Gold Sponsor – 10 seats at the Scholarship Banquet, Premier Booth at the Juneteenth Festival, Announced from all main stages and Advertised on our website for one year and on all Social Media platforms.

   ● $1000 – Bronze Sponsor – (3) three seats at the Scholarship Banquet, 10x10 Booth at the Juneteenth Festival, Announced from all main stages and Advertised on our website for one year and on all Social Media platforms.

 

Our Sponsorship Window will take place November 25, 2024, 2024, through  May 1,  2025.  If you have a scholarship goal that is not listed above, please share it with us and we are happy to customize our sponsorship levels to meet your company’s needs. Contributions of any amount are always welcome!  

 

Please complete and return the attached form to us via email and checks should be made payable to: BEHE - BLACK EDUCATION HISTORICAL EXHIBIT. Please note that we are a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit organization, therefore all of your contributions are tax deductible.
